Swedish Cultural Policy Research Observatory

SweCult is a new centre for cultural policy research at Linköping University. The observatory has three basic functions. It will serve as a Swedish node for cultural policy research and information. It will form a centre for cooperation between researchers and actors in the Swedish cultural sector, and it will serve as a Swedish partner in international networks of cultural policy observatories.
